I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support.

"Contributing to society with advanced products"
This has been the management philosophy that Silver Kohki has maintained since its establishment in 1971.
Based on this philosophy, generations of managers and employees have continued to work single-mindedly to serve society through the production and sale of electric heating/resistance wires and ribbons.
Over the past 50 years, we have been striving to provide "advanced products" and "advanced service" to people in Japan and abroad with the aim of warming and enriching people's lives and the industries that support them, while passing on the baton of this desire.
We will maintain this philosophy as we continue to further develop the skills and knowledge we have cultivated over the years, and strive for sustainable growth and challenge ourselves to become a company that contributes to the realization of a sustainable society such as by promoting carbon neutrality.

We will contribute to a carbon-neutral society by providing essential products and services for the realization of clean energy in the fields of electrical equipment, industrial equipment, and EVs (electric vehicles). In addition, we have established an environmental policy and are making efforts to conserve resources and energy.

Through the systemization of operations, we are making progress in reforming flexible work styles that are not restricted by time or place of work.
We are also developing an environment in which employees can work with enthusiasm, valuing the systems and evaluations that make use of the diversity of human resources, regardless of age or gender.

As a member of the Mitsuboshi Corporation (Listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange standard market), we have established a system complying with the group's corporate governance.
In addition to compliance with laws and regulations, we believe in the importance of ethics and values as a member of society, and have established a code of conduct and focus on internal education.
